Piece by piece you can taste our great love for chocolate - an exceptionally unique cocoa flavour. Our highly motivated team shares our passion for high quality chocolate delight. 

BEAN TO BAR – from cocoa beans to ready chocolate – this is our philosophy.

We are proud to be one of only few manufacturers who can carry out the roasting of the cocoa beans by ourselves. We love the diversity of flavours that come through in cocoa when treated correctly.

This is why we choose the traditional conching process over other methods to extract the bitter substances out of the cocoa mass. The exceptionally characteristic cocoa aroma develops after 24-48 hours of conching. Yet and unlike most other producers, we do not pre-treat the cocoa mass - this all makes our products unique!
